Thank you for your interest in establishing a SOL Initiative Chapter in your school/region! Please fill out this application form after reading more about starting a chapter here.

After we receive your submitted form, our team of directors will look over it and get back to you within 1-2 weeks. You'll hear from us regarding an interview if you pass the first round.

Chapter Type *

Choose the chapter type that best fits your community.

School ChapterHolds meetings through a school + all members must be school members (although volunteers for events can be from other schools!). Goes through school approval process on website. Works with regional chapter to organize projects (if applicable). Has teacher advisor/school admin overseeing chapter.School year:

Running/organizing at least one project per month.
Note: if it's a large project, you can receive an extension.

Summer:

Attending/participating in at least two SOL Initiative events.

Regional ChapterMeetings are held virtually or outside of a school campus. Members come from different schools of that state's region.School year:

Must execute one project a month.
Note: if it's a large project, you can receive an extension.

Summer:

Must continue to organize one project a month, along with attending/participating in SOL events.
